Job Title: Senior Java Developer Experience: 8+ Years Location: Trichy, Tamil Nadu Job Type: Permanent Work Mode: Work from Office Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic team in Trichy. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture, along with a solid understanding of modern software development practices and agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Java-based applications. Build and maintain scalable microservices using Spring Boot. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, QA, and DevOps. Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Maintain and improve existing systems, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. Ensure best practices in code quality, architecture, and security. Required Skills: Strong programming skills in Core Java, Java 8+. Extensive hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework. Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs and microservices. Solid knowledge of JPA/Hibernate, SQL, and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL). Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or container orchestration (optional but preferred). Understanding of Agile/Scrum development process. Nice to Have: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure. Exposure to front-end frameworks (Angular/React) is a plus. Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging systems.
