Role Summary

Senior Core

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain

  high-performance

  Java

  applications

  using Core Java features.
• Build

  scalable, secure, and reliable

  backend services and APIs.
• Work with

  multithreading, concurrency, collections, and JVM internals

  to optimize performance.
• Develop and integrate

  RESTful / Microservices

  -based architectures.
• Write clean, maintainable, and unit-tested code using

  JUnit/TestNG/Mockito

  .
• Participate in architectural decisions, code reviews, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product) for end-to-end delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide them in best coding and design practices.

Frameworks & Technologies

• Spring / Spring Boot

• RESTful API development
• Microservices architecture
• Dependency injection, AOP
• Hibernate / JPA (optional but useful)

Database & Messaging

• SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle)
• NoSQL (MongoDB/Cassandra) is a plus
• Messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ)

DevOps & Tools

• Git, Maven/Gradle
• CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes (good to have)
• Cloud: AWS/Azure/GCP (nice to have)

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication & team collaboration skills
• Ability to handle complex technical designs
• Experience leading small technical teams is a plus

Education

• Bachelors or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
