Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Java Developer

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software throughout the development lifecycle. The role also involves customer support, client communication, and working across different time zones (Israel, USA, and India).

Roles And Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Design and implement new features in Java application servers using Apache, Tomcat, Hibernate, MySQL, and other open-source Java components.
• Provide customer support via screen sharing sessions as needed.
• Attend client meetings regularly and on-demand.
• Be flexible to work across multiple time zones (Israel, USA, and India).
• Support live deployments with in-depth product knowledge, debugging expertise, and necessary code changes.
  

Required Skills

Must Have:

• Core Java (Java 8 or above): Strong understanding of OOP, multithreading, collections, and design patterns.
• Spring Framework: Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data.
• RESTful API: Hands-on experience in RESTful API development and integration.
• Database: Proficiency in SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Microservices: Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Version Control & Build Tools: Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Cloud & Containerization: Exposure to AWS / Azure / GCP and Docker / Kubernetes (a plus).
• Analytical Skills: Strong debugging and problem-solving capabilities.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  

Good To Have

• Hands-on experience in building and managing VMs or containers using Kubernetes, Docker, etc.
• Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD processes for SaaS applications (using tools like Maven, Jenkins).
• Experience with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools like Jenkins, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Exposure to front-end frameworks (Angular / React) is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.

Minimum Eligibility
