Role Description Act as Tech Lead for module/domain; own its design and delivery. Define technical approaches and ensure adherence to architecture standards. Conduct deep code reviews and mentor team members. Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements. Troubleshoot complex module-level issues. Technical Competencies Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Angular. Knowledge of API gateways, and security (OAuth, JWT). Designs modular and scalable solutions. Hands-on with CI/CD, Docker, and basic Kubernetes. Performance tuning and monitoring experience. Soft Skill Competencies Strong leadership and mentoring ability. Excellent communication and collaboration. Ownership mindset for technical delivery. Task prioritization and quality focus. Conflict resolution within module team.
