Senior Java Developer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mid-Level Software Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications, with a solid understanding of software architecture and performance optimisation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to code quality, scalability, and overall system reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Development

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions using languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code aligned with industry best practices.
• Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.

Testing & Debugging

• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure software stability and performance.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs and performance bottlenecks.

Collaboration & Teamwork

• Work collaboratively with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other developers.
• Collaborate with senior developers to ensure technical alignment with business objectives.

Code Review & Documentation

• Review and provide constructive feedback on code submissions from peers and junior developers.
• Maintain thorough documentation of code, development processes, and technical decisions.

Database & Version Control

• Manage and optimize databases, ensuring data integrity and efficient querying.
• Use version control systems like Git to manage code changes and collaborate effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with REST APIs, version control (Git), and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD tools and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Contributions to open-source or side projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
