Job Description

  • Lead and mentor the technical support team, guiding junior and mid-level members and promoting best practices in IT operations and service delivery.
  • Manage and coordinate IT-related projects such as new software deployments, endpoint management automation, hardware refreshes, and SaaS integrations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Configure, administer, and support SaaS platforms including Okta, Office 365, Zoom, Slack, and other collaboration tools.
  • Oversee endpoint configuration and compliance using Jamf Pro, Intune, Kandji, and Action1, ensuring secure, standardized, and up-to-date devices across the organization.
  • Implement and maintain automation workflows leveraging Workato, Okta Workflows, and Power Automate to streamline employee lifecycle processes, provisioning, and ticket triage.
  • Maintain accurate IT asset inventories and oversee procurement processes, ensuring cost-effective purchasing aligned with organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to evaluate IT needs, propose scalable solutions, and ensure adherence to governance, security, and compliance standards (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001).
  • Serve as the final escalation point for complex IT incidents, providing advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution for hardware, software, and SaaS-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain detailed IT documentation, SOPs, and self-service knowledge bases to improve operational efficiency and user empowerment.

Other Responsibilities

  • Drive continuous improvement of IT tools, systems, and operational processes.
  • Manage IT vendor relationships and procurement workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with internal security and privacy policies.
  • Occasional travel to other office locations as required.
  • Additional responsibilities and project-based work as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT systems administration or senior-level IT support.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with:
    • Identity & Access Management: Okta, Azure AD (SSO, MFA, SCIM automation)
    • Endpoint & MDM Management: Jamf Pro, Intune, Kandji, Automox
    • Automation & Integration Platforms: Workato, Okta Workflows, Power Automate
    • Productivity & Collaboration: Office 365, Zoom, Slack
  • Proven ability to design and implement automation workflows for IT service management, access provisioning, and SaaS integrations.
  • Strong understanding of OS-level troubleshooting (Windows, macOS) and networking fundamentals.
  • Project management experience with cross-functional collaboration and change management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, actionable insights.
