Join DHL’s digital team to shape the strategic direction of customer journeys on DHL.com, one of the world’s leading logistics platforms. We’re looking for a Senior User Experience Strategist who can imagine the DHL.com of the future, at least two years ahead of today. In this role, you’ll connect business goals with human experience, shape strategies that grow digital sales, and bring consistency across high-impact journeys. Grow together.

What You’ll Do:

  • Shape the Future of DHL.com
    • Partner with stakeholders to envision how DHL.com evolves over the next 2+ years, with a focus on digital sales growth.
    • Bring fresh, outside-in perspectives to evaluate journeys, challenge assumptions, and propose bold, future-ready ideas.
  • Customer Journey Strategy & Coordination
    • Coordinate across multiple journey teams to ensure consistency, alignment, and shared vision.
    • Act as a sparring partner for UX designers and Product Owners to refine experiences and strategic directions.
    • Support business unit alignment so Product Owners can focus on decision-making and delivery.
  • Accessibility Leadership
    • Take ownership of accessibility strategy across teams and establish the “new normal” for inclusive design.
    • Provide structure, frameworks, and guidance for embedding WCAG standards and best practices.
  • Strategic Ideation & Delivery
    • Run discovery workshops with stakeholders to uncover operational challenges, user needs, and areas for improvement.
    • Map customer and employee journeys to highlight friction points and opportunities for digital sales growth.
    • Translate business challenges into clear use cases and future-state service blueprints that integrate technology seamlessly.
    • Collaborate with developers and engineers to scope and prototype solutions.
    • Present findings, roadmaps, and pilots to senior stakeholders to influence decision-making.
    • Align and drive DHL.com’s upcoming brand refresh beyond surface changes, ensuring future-proof experience design.


Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:

  • 10+ years of experience in UX strategy, service design, digital transformation, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to map and evaluate customer journeys, highlight opportunities, and link business goals with user needs.
  • Track record of coordinating across multiple teams and driving alignment in complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2) and experience embedding inclusive practices.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills; confident sparring partner for executives, product owners, and designers.
  • Balance of analytical and human-centered thinking — comfortable with KPIs and ROI as well as adoption and usability.
  • Creative thinker who challenges assumptions and proposes bold, future-oriented solutions.
  • Team player with exceptional coordination and organizational skills.
