Position Overview:

Manage the
end-to-end IT recruitment cycle
, from understanding requirements to onboarding selected candidates.
Source and screen profiles through
Naukri and other job portals
, referrals, and networking.
Conduct
initial screening interviews
to assess candidate suitability and interest.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to gather
profile feedback
and align hiring strategies.
Manage internal meetings
and maintain strong communication between the recruitment team and management.
Oversee and support the
onboarding process
to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and MIS data to monitor hiring progress and quality metrics.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
