Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the talent requirements and define hiring strategies. Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding candidates. Proactively source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, networking, and employee referrals. Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess technical competencies, experience, and culture fit. Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Maintain and update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to ensure accurate candidate data. Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Requirements: Proven experience of 5-10 years in IT recruitment. Strong expertise in technical hiring for roles involving emerging technologies. Hands-on experience with sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and recruitment tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and prioritize tasks. Familiarity with ATS tools for effective candidate management. Must be self-driven, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
