Key Responsibilities

• Execute

  end-to-end recruitment

  processes for IT roles across different verticals
• Design and implement effective

  sourcing strategies

  (job portals, social media, referrals, networking)
• Specialize in

  bulk hiring

  and

  contract staffing

  as needed
• Conduct

  screening, shortlisting, interviewing

  , and

  follow-ups

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and hiring timelines
• Maintain a strong pipeline of talent using Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn, and ATS systems
• Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation coordination
• Track and report on

  recruitment metrics

  and

  service-level targets

Required Skills

• 3+ years

  of experience in

  Domestic IT Recruitment

• Hands-on expertise in

  bulk hiring

  and

  contract staffing

• Fluency in

  Boolean search techniques

  and job portal sourcing
• Strong command of

  screening resumes

  and

  interview scheduling

• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in tools like

  ATS

  , Excel, and LinkedIn Recruiter
