Job Title:

Key Responsibilities/Skills -

  • Strong Technical Acumen:

    In-depth understanding of various IT domains (software development, networking, cybersecurity, data science, cloud computing) and common tech stacks (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, React, Angular).
  • Sourcing Expertise:

    Proven ability to find and engage passive candidates across multiple platforms, including social media, developer communities, and specialized job boards besides mainstream portals.
    • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using multiple channels such as LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, Stack Overflow and AI oriented platforms.
    • Leverage Boolean search techniques, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and recruitment software to streamline sourcing and candidate management.
  • Screening Expertise:

    Capacity to screen resumes critically for relevant experience and conduct structured technical interviews or facilitate technical assessments to qualify candidates skills accurately.
    • Ability to comprehend job-specific skills to properly screen and evaluate candidates effectively.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements including specific programming languages, frameworks, and soft skills.
    • Conduct telephone and video screenings to assess technical proficiency and cultural fit, using relevant technical questions and AI evaluation tools.
  • Stakeholder Management:

    Experience collaborating with technical hiring managers and leadership to refine job descriptions, set realistic hiring timelines, and manage expectations effectively.
  • Communication Proficiency:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored to technical audiences; ability to translate technical requirements into compelling job ads that attract suitable candidates.
  • Organizational & Time Management:

    Capable of managing multiple concurrent recruitment processes efficiently without compromising quality or speed. Expertise with ATS and AI tools and recruitment software to keep the hiring pipeline organized and active.
  • Candidate Experience Focus:

    Demonstrated commitment to nurturing candidate relationships, ensuring smooth and respectful interactions that represent the company positively.
  • Continuous Learning:

    Commitment to staying current with innovations and trends in the IT industry and recruitment technology, including AI-powered sourcing tools and new assessment platforms.
  • Negotiation & Offer Management:

    Skilled in negotiating offers that meet candidate expectations and company guidelines, facilitating timely onboarding.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for mid to senior-level technical roles in a variety of IT functions.
  • Certifications in recruitment or talent acquisition (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Professional-Recruiter) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with compliance and employment laws relevant to hiring practices.
