We are looking for a talented and motivated Java Backend Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our growing team in Delhi NCR . The ideal candidate will be responsible for building high-performance backend systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain backend services using Java , Spring Boot , and related technologies. Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices. Collaborate with front-end developers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality features. Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and security. Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently. Required Skills: Strong proficiency in Java , Spring Boot , and RESTful API development . Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
