Job Description

As a critical, hands-on IT leader at Bylines, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and scaling the digital learning ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include optimizing the Learning Management Systems, eLearning platforms, and IT infrastructure while ensuring compliance, reliability, and data security. Your main focus will be to elevate the performance, establish scalable architecture, and implement top-notch security and compliance standards across operations. You will collaborate closely with leadership and the development team to align technology strategy with business objectives, foster innovation, and mentor the IT and LMS teams. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and optimize Bylines LMS and eLearning technology stack. - Strengthen IT security, data protection, and compliance processes. - Design scalable infrastructure to support content delivery and user growth. - Collaborate with leadership to align technology initiatives with business strategy. - Lead and mentor a growing tech team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and excellence. - Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance system performance and security. - Manage vendor relationships and ensure operational reliability across systems. Preferred Background: - Minimum 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, LMS management, and security systems. - Proven track record of managing LMS and eLearning platforms (e.g., Moodle, TalentLMS). - Hands-on expertise in both frontend and backend development. - Strong foundation in IT security, compliance, and infrastructure management. - Experience in security-driven industries such as banking, fintech, or enterprise clients. - Demonstrated leadership in guiding, mentoring, and motivating teams. In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, the work mode for this position at Bylines is as follows: - Work from Office - 5 days a week with Alternate Saturdays (Baner, Pune).,
