Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive new business opportunities for our IT outsourcing services . This role will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing client engagements, primarily in the USA This role is target-driven, requiring strong communication skills and a strategic approach to generate new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT outsourcing (application development, support, testing, cloud, etc.) Prospect and engage with decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, Directors) in target markets Understand client needs and propose customized offshore delivery solutions Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and RFP responses Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to create effective pitches Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet/exceed revenue targets Negotiate and close contracts in coordination with legal and finance teams Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure growth and referrals Requirments: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field 5+ years of experience in business development or sales in IT services/outsourcing Proven track record of selling to clients in the USA. Strong knowledge of IT outsourcing models and technologies Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working across time zones Preferred Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) Exposure to offshore delivery models (India, Philippines, etc.) Understanding of key verticals: BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Utilities etc. Ability to build partner channels or alliances Show more Show less
