Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior IT Project Consultant to lead in-house technology projects, manage full-stack development activities, and design scalable IT systems aligned with business goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nerul, Navi Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable web and enterprise applications.
• Lead IT project planning, execution, and delivery within defined timelines.
• Design and implement robust IT architectures to support organizational objectives.
• Work closely with internal departments to identify system requirements and deliver optimized technical solutions.
• Review code, maintain quality standards, and mentor junior developers.
• Research new technologies and recommend solutions to improve performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain technical documentation, project reports, and architectural diagrams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development or IT Architecture.
• Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies such as React, Angular, Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.
• Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and familiarity with DevOps tools.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.

Work Schedule

• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Work Mode: On-site (Nerul, Navi Mumbai)
