About You

You’re someone who has:

• 3+ years of relevant experience with a customer-focused and proactive approach to solving IT challenges.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proven experience in both on-site and remote IT support, including user/device access management and security tools.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft technologies such as Windows, MS 365 Admin Centre, Azure, Entra ID, Active Directory, SharePoint, OneDrive, and PowerShell.
• Familiarity with managing system licenses (e.g., Microsoft, Adobe) and a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and tools.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior IT Analyst - Workplace Engineer is responsible for working within Hansen’s IT Services department to:

• Provide quality IT support to both internal teams and external clients.
• Ensure smooth functioning of Hansen’s IT systems with minimal downtime.
• Deliver timely technical resolutions within agreed service levels to boost productivity.
• Resolve user issues through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and maintain network security infrastructure.
• Act as the third-level escalation point before involving senior IT managers or service providers.
