Job Description

This role is meant for someone who s already comfortable handling international clients and knows how to build growth in overseas markets. The main focus will be on expanding business across Europe and the USA, so the work involves a mix of lead generation, relationship building, and strategic sales execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Take the lead in identifying potential clients in European and US markets and bring in new business.


• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key international customers to encourage repeat orders.


• Create and implement sales strategies that help hit export goals and open up new opportunities.


• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and delivery conditions with overseas clients.


• Study market trends, competitor moves, and customer insights to fine-tune sales plans.


• Participate in international trade fairs when needed and manage communication with global partners.

Required Skills

• Solid ability to research markets, identify promising leads, and successfully convert them.


• Strong negotiation and presentation skills, especially while dealing with overseas clients.


• Confident relationship-management skills with a practical understanding of international sales nuances.


• Ability to read basic technical drawings will be an added advantage.
