Senior Interior Designer (Sales + Design)

·        Lead client consultations to understand requirements and translate them into innovative design solutions.

·        Prepare and present detailed design proposals, layouts, 3D visualizations, and mood boards.

·        Drive sales by converting leads through design-led presentations, client persuasion, and follow-ups.

·        Mentor and guide junior interior designers, reviewing their work and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

·        Manage end-to-end project execution in collaboration with production, procurement, and installation teams.

·        Maintain strong client relationships, addressing feedback and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

·        Stay up-to-date with latest design trends, finishes, and materials to bring fresh concepts into projects.

·        Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining profitability and ensuring design excellence.

·        Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet organizational goals.

·        Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

4–8 years of experience

·        Strong proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, 3ds Max, or equivalent.

·        Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to convert leads into successful projects.

·        Demonstrated ability to lead client interactions, close deals, and deliver creative yet practical design solutions.

·        Strong portfolio showcasing both design skills and successful sales/project conversions.

·        Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor, motivate, and manage a design team.

·        Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
