Role : Project Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities Manage residential and Commercial interior works at site with proper SOP. Coordinating supervisors at site ensuring the work flow is as per schedule on daily basis. Coordinating Vendors at site ensuring the work flow is as per schedule on daily basis. Coordinating with office to share inputs regarding works to be done at site. Coordinating with client for site relates issues if any. Should be able to estimate works at site and provide to the office. Expected Outcome Coordinating and Completing interior works at site within the stipulated time. Need to visit each site at major work completion stages to ensure quality and schedule. Project report to be provided at the end of each work and to be presented to the MD.
