About the Role

Interior Designer/Architect

Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership

• Drive overall project design direction from concept to execution.
• Create compelling concepts, mood boards, and presentation materials.
• Ensure designs align with client requirements and brand identity.

Project Management

• Manage the project lifecycle end-to-end.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure design intent is maintained.

Client Interaction

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Gather client needs, present proposals, and incorporate feedback.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure satisfaction.

Team Supervision & Mentoring

• Guide junior designers and interns through design tasks.
• Review design drafts, drawings, and specifications.
• Foster a collaborative, productive team environment.

Technical Expertise

• Oversee technical drawings and construction documentation.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, and specifications.

Coordination with Consultants & Vendors

• Collaborate with consultants for integrated design solutions.
• Coordinate with suppliers for materials and procurement.
• Review and manage shop drawings and sample approvals.

Budgeting & Cost Management

• Prepare and monitor design budgets.
• Recommend cost-efficient design solutions without compromising quality.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in interior architecture/design.
• Strong proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.).
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
