Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Senior Interior Designer to join our team in Ghaziabad. In this role, you will lead interior design projects from concept to completion, including space planning, developing detailed construction drawings, and managing FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) specifications. You will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, ensure projects meet functional and aesthetic requirements, and oversee the successful execution of designs. Additionally, you will work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design, with a focus on creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
• Proficiency in developing detailed Construction Drawings and working collaboratively with Architecture professionals.
• Experience with Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) selection and specifications.
• Ability to manage design projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Prior experience in designing commercial and residential spaces is preferred.
