Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer with a strong design sensibility and proven experience in handling residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent client communication skills, strong project management capabilities, and hands-on experience with concept development, space planning, material selection, and design execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design projects from concept to completion
• Prepare and present design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes
• Create detailed working drawings, layouts, and specifications
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site supervisors to ensure seamless execution
• Manage client interactions, understand requirements, and translate them into practical and aesthetic design solutions
• Oversee site execution to maintain design intent and quality standards
• Keep up with industry trends, materials, and innovations
• Collaborate with the 3D visualizer, procurement team, and junior designers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or a related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office (knowledge of 3ds Max/Photoshop is a plus)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and market trends
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a design team

Experience Required: 2-4 years of experience.

Salary : Competitive, as per the experience level.
