About the Company: Align Interiors is a Pune-based interior design firm committed to delivering thoughtful, innovative, and quality-driven design solutions. We specialize in end-to-end residential and commercial interior projects, with a strong focus on creativity, functionality, and client satisfaction. Position Overview: We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer with a strong design sensibility and proven experience in handling residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent client communication skills, strong project management capabilities, and hands-on experience with concept development, space planning, material selection, and design execution. Key Responsibilities: Lead design projects from concept to completion Prepare and present design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes Create detailed working drawings, layouts, and specifications Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site supervisors to ensure seamless execution Manage client interactions, understand requirements, and translate them into practical and aesthetic design solutions Oversee site execution to maintain design intent and quality standards Keep up with industry trends, materials, and innovations Collaborate with the 3D visualizer, procurement team, and junior designers Qualifications: Proven experience required in residential interior design Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or a related field Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office (knowledge of 3ds Max/Photoshop is a plus) Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and market trends Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a design team Salary : Competitive, as per the experience level.
