Working under the guidance of a founder or design manager, you will contribute to the cohesive design process and assist with project execution as you know the design details. Responsibilities: Design Development: Collaborate with fellow senior designers and leadership to develop design concepts, mood boards, and 3D. Assist in space planning and layout design, ensuring optimal functionality and aesthetics. Select and source materials, furnishings, fixtures, and finishes in line with the project's design concept and budget. Costing and BOQ tackling is a big plus point Documentation and Presentation: Create detailed drawings, renderings, and specifications using design software and tools. Assist in the preparation of design presentations for clients, including 2D and 3D visualizations. Material and Product Research: Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and products. Research and recommend suitable materials and furnishings for projects which are new in the market or which are better alternatives. Project Execution: Coordinate with project teams, contractors, vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely execution of design plans. Assist in site visits and assessments as needed to monitor progress and quality of work. Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings and discussions to gather requirements, present design concepts, and address client feedback with utmost ease Budget Management: Assist in managing project budgets by tracking expenses and ensuring design choices align with financial constraints. Documentation and Records: Maintain accurate project files, records, and documentation for reference and future projects. Personal Attributes: Creative, energetic and go getter mindset Open to taking feedback in a positive way however it is being given Strong organizational skills Time management and multitasking abilities Enthusiasm for design and a passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field. Strong understanding of interior design principles, concepts, and practices. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or Adobe Creative Suite.
