The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with space planning, architecture, construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E. Key Responsibilities: Must have on site experience as well as great at 2d software like autocad. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Oversee project timelines, ensuring milestones are met. Mentor, guide, and inspire team members to achieve their best potential. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture. Develop and implement design standards and best practices. Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding and exceeding their expectations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design. Proven leadership experience, showcasing the ability to manage and inspire a creative team. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite). Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
