If you’re someone who can turn chaos into concepts and concepts into “wow,” we want you on our squad. Environ Design Studio is looking for a seasoned Senior Interior Designer who’s ready to take the lead on high-end residential and commercial projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead design development—from concept to execution—with clarity and confidence
• Mentor junior designers and guide project teams
• Create detailed drawings, material specs, and 3D visualizations
• Present design solutions to clients with flair (and facts)
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure seamless execution
• Bring design intelligence, technical expertise, and strong aesthetic judgment to every project

Who We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in interior design
• Strong command over AutoCAD, SketchUp, and presentation tools
• Proven ability to lead projects independently
• A design-first mindset with sharp attention to detail
• Great communication skills and a collaborative attitude
• Must be comfortable working from a professional design studio (no remote setup)
