✅ Must-Have Skills:

Hindi Expertise: Native/fluent in spoken & written Hindi

Educational Framework Knowledge: FLN, NIPUN Bharat, NEP 2020 implementation

Curriculum Mastery: NCERT & UP State Board principles and learning outcomes

Content Creation: Storyboards, lesson plans, engaging worksheets for Grades 1–5

Foundational Learning Focus: Age-appropriate content aligned with learning goals
