Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Inside Sales Executive with over 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This position requires strong communication skills and a proven ability to convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct over 120 minutes of qualified demo calls per month.
• Handle both inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Understand customer requirements and deliver effective product presentations.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into paying customers.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to improve customer outreach.
• Keep detailed records of sales activities and customer communications using CRM software.
• Provide post-sale assistance and support client onboarding as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS sectors.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Confidence in delivering online product demos and sales pitches.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office tools.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and well-organized.
