Experience Required:

1 to 3 Years in Inside Sales or a similar role

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a minimum of 120 minutes of sales conversations per day, including demo calls with potential clients.
• Convert leads into customers through consultative selling and needs-based discussions.
• Maintain a minimum of 4 successful sales per month.
• Follow up with warm leads via phone, email, and CRM tools.
• Understand client needs and effectively communicate product features and benefits.
• Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to optimize the sales process.

Required Skills:

• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple leads
• Comfort with using CRM software and sales tools
• Fluent in English and Tamil (preferred)
