With a mission to expand access to minimally invasive solutions, we now offer Laser Equipment on Rental for doctors and clinics treating Piles, Fissure, and Fistula.

Role Overview:

We are hiring a passionate and persuasive Inside Sales Expert to connect with doctors, surgeons, and clinic owners, educating them on the benefits of using laser technology on rental for proctology procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Calling & Doctor Engagement:
• Connect with doctors from a targeted database via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Introduce the benefits of renting laser equipment for treatment of piles, fissure, and fistula.
• Solution Selling:
• Explain how laser procedures can enhance patient satisfaction, reduce recovery time, and boost clinic revenues.
• Address clinical and operational queries doctors may have about laser usage.
• Consultation Coordination:
• Schedule demo calls or in-clinic meetings with doctors.
• Coordinate with the operations team for trial/demo setup or training support.
• Sales Conversion:
• Nurture leads through regular follow-ups.
• Close rental deals and assist in onboarding clinics.
• Feedback & Reporting:
• Maintain a tracker of all leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Share feedback with the marketing and technical team for continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: Any Graduate (preferably in science, healthcare, or business)
• Experience: 1–3 years in inside sales, telecalling, or B2B medical equipment promotion
• Skills:
• Excellent communication in Marathi, Hindi, and English
• Strong ability to engage with medical professionals
• Clear, persuasive pitch delivery
• CRM and basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge

What We Offer:

• Fixed salary of 180000-₹30,000 per month
