About Us:

Dr. Kamthe Piles Clinic is a reputed center specializing in advanced laser treatment and Ayurvedic therapies for Piles, Fissure, and Fistula. We are now offering Laser Equipment on Rental to other clinics and doctors to expand access to modern, minimally invasive treatment options.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Telecaller to reach out to doctors, surgeons, and clinic managers, explain the benefits of renting laser machines, and help them understand how it improves patient outcomes and clinic profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling:
• Call potential leads including doctors and clinic owners from our database.
• Share information about Laser Rental Services for proctology treatments.
• Information Sharing:
• Clearly explain the benefits of Laser-based treatments for piles, fissure, and fistula.
• Communicate the advantages of renting over buying – cost-effective, ready-to-use, with training support.
• Follow-Ups & Scheduling:
• Regularly follow up with interested leads.
• Schedule demos or doctor consultation calls with the technical/sales team.
• Data Entry & Reporting:
• Maintain proper records of calls, responses, and follow-up actions in Excel or CRM.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred
• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in telecalling, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or medical equipment
• Skills:
• Good spoken Marathi, Hindi, and basic English
• Confident and clear communication
• Patient, polite, and persuasive
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets
