Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
About Us
Enlight Consultancy provides admission guidance for B.Tech, MBA, MCA, LLB, Medical, Dental, AYUSH & Paramedical courses across Bengaluru, Chennai & Andhra Pradesh. We are expanding our team and looking for experienced Senior Telecallers who can handle student inquiries professionally and convert leads effectively.
Position: Senior Telecaller
Languages Required (Mandatory)
✔ Telugu
✔ Hindi✔ English
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to students & parents regarding admissions.
Explain courses, colleges, and admission processes clearly.
Follow up with leads and maintain proper call records.
Convert inquiries into walk-ins and admissions.
Maintain professionalism and achieve monthly targets.
Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of telecalling experience (education sector preferred).
Strong communication & persuasion skills.
Ability to handle high-volume calls.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage).
Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
Salary
Competitive salary based on experience + incentives.
