Senior Telecaller – Suryagati Solar Energy Location: Jaipur Job Type: Full-time Experience: 2–4 years (Solar industry preferred) About Us: Suryagati Solar Energy is a fast-growing solar company dealing in Adani Bifacial & TOPCon DCR panels and multiple other leading brands. We also provide complete EPC services for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects. To support our expansion, we are hiring a skilled Senior Telecaller to handle customer communication and lead conversions. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to new leads, vendors, channel partners, and customers. Present solar products (panels, inverters, structures) and EPC services clearly. Share quotations, follow up consistently, and convert leads to sales. Maintain lead records, follow-up logs, and CRM entries. Coordinate with the sales & EPC teams for site visits, quotations, and project updates. Handle customer queries with professionalism and provide accurate information. Requirements: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Telecalling / Inside Sales (senior level). Solar industry knowledge preferred (training will be provided). Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills. Ability to explain EPC processes, product benefits, and pricing confidently. Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM, email).
