Job Title: Senior Sales Manager – Inside Sales
Location: Navi Mumbai, Kopar Khairne
Industry: Infrastructure / Rental Services
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Qualification: Graduate (Preferably in Equipment/Construction Industry sectors. Engineering)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager with strong inside sales experience, specializing in industrial, electrical, or hardware sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing client relationships, driving sales through platforms like IndiaMART, and handling contracts within the rental services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Client Relationship Management: Handle client inquiries, maintain strong relationships, and ensure satisfaction.
  • IndiaMART Expertise: Manage product listings, lead generation, and sales conversions via IndiaMART.
  • Contract Management: Oversee rental contracts, ensuring all terms are met and compliance is maintained.
  • Market Research: Identify new opportunities and customer segments within the Equipment/Construction Industry sectors.
  • Reporting: Prepare sales reports, track key performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Festive Greetings: Foster relationships through proactive festive greetings and personalized client interactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to meet business objectives.
  • Follow up/ Recoveries: Responsible for managing follow-up actions and recovery processes to ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues and payments.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in inside sales, with a strong background in Equipment/Construction Industry sectors.
  • IndiaMART Knowledge: Direct experience with IndiaMART for lead generation, marketing, and sales conversion.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Client Management: Expertise in handling client calls, managing relationships, and negotiating contracts.
  • Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Navi Mumbai, Kopar Khairne.
  • Qualification: Graduate (preferably in Equipment/Construction Industry or related field).

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven experience in contract negotiations within the rental services industry.
  • Strong networking and references within the industrial or hardware sector.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets consistently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
  • Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kopar Khairane, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Inside sales: 5 years (Required)
  • Heavy equipment operation: 5 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:
