Job Description

Role: Inside Sales - Senior

Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office)

Experience: 4+ years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities across international markets.
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
  • Understand client requirements and position the company’s offerings as the best-fit solution.
  • Work closely with the pre-sales and technical teams for solution alignment.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of activities, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in IT sales, enterprise solution selling, or SaaS sales.
  • Experience in international sales (US, UK, Middle East, or APAC markets).
  • Strong understanding of IT services, software development lifecycle, SaaS, or cloud technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage high-value accounts and strategic sales conversations.
