Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage a team of inside sales executives to achieve daily targets through outbound calls, emails, and chats.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify new business opportunities by prospecting for potential customers through cold calling, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and optimize sales strategies.

Job Requirements :

1-3 years of experience in BPO sales or international call center environment.
Fluent English language skills (spoken & written).
Strong knowledge of domestic calling, telemarketing, telesales, outbound processing, and international BPO operations.
Freshers from any graduation background can apply; preference given to those who have completed their graduation.
