Role: Inside Sales - Senior Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office) Experience: 4+ years Key Responsibilities: Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities across international markets. Own and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Build strong relationships with decision-makers, and key stakeholders. Understand client requirements and position the company’s offerings as the best-fit solution. Work closely with the pre-sales and technical teams for solution alignment. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Maintain detailed records of activities, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in IT sales, enterprise solution selling, or SaaS sales. Experience in international sales (US, UK, Middle East, or APAC markets). Strong understanding of IT services, software development lifecycle, SaaS, or cloud technologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage high-value accounts and strategic sales conversations.
