Senior Human Resources Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our corporate team at Mohali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations and employee lifecycle management. Prior experience in the IT company will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process

• Maintain employee records and ensure timely documentation

• Monitor attendance, leaves, and coordinate payroll inputs

• Handle employee grievances and implement engagement strategies

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies

• Oversee employee training, development, and performance tracking

• Coordinate full & final settlements and exit formalities

• Support department heads in HR-related matters and planning

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in core HR operations

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Working knowledge of labor laws and HR software systems

• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
