We are seeking an experienced Senior HR professional to join our Employee Relations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving employee relations issues, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including grievances, disputes, and conflicts
- Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Collaborate with line managers and employees to resolve workplace issues and improve employee engagement
- Conduct investigations, gather facts, and make recommendations on employee relations issues
- Provide guidance and support to line managers on HR-related matters
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations
- Proven track record of managing complex employee relations issues
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
-Strong knowledge of Ms-Office Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
