Job Description

About the Role

HR Operations professional

Key Responsibilities

1. Payroll & Compliance

End-to-end payroll processing: salary inputs, validation, payouts, post-payroll activities
Ensure 100% statutory compliance: PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, Shops & Establishment, etc.
Coordinate with finance and external vendors for audits, filings, and inspections
Maintain compliance records, dashboards, and trackers

2. HRMS Management

Should be proficient in at least one HRMS platform (e.g., Keka, Zoho, Darwinbox, etc.)
HRMS setup: workflow configuration, employee lifecycle automation, access rights
Drive adoption among employees and managers
Troubleshoot technical/process issues and liaise with the HRMS vendor

3. General HR Operations

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
Support audits and MIS preparation
Assist in HR policy implementation and process improvements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred but not mandatory)
3–5 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations/Payroll
Experience in setting up or running HRMS is
a must
Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws & compliance
