Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process for lateral hiring across domains (IT/Non-IT/BPO/etc.)

• Source candidates using job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn

• Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements

• Schedule and coordinate telephonic and virtual interviews

• Follow up with candidates for interview feedback, offer acceptance, and joining

• Maintain and update daily recruitment trackers and reports

• Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job roles and deliver suitable profiles

• Ensure timely closures of open positions with quality hires

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in consultancy recruitment (mandatory)

• Strong experience in lateral hiring and sourcing mid-to-senior level profiles

• Good command over job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

• Strong in coordination, follow-ups, and candidate engagement
