Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1.Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business

2. Source active and passive candidates from job boards, social networks, and platforms

3. Screen resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation

4. Coordinate and manage relations with all internal and external stakeholders by setting up the interviews for various candidates

5. Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates

Preferred candidate profile

  • Recruitment Background

    : Must have experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Contract Period

    - it would be a contractual role.
  • Communication Skills

    : Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bulk and Lateral Hiring

    : Proven experience in handling both bulk hiring and lateral hiring.
  • Educational Qualification

    : Graduation is mandatory.
