Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for senior management positions, including headhunting and IT recruitment.
  • Strengthen employer branding and improve candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies to improve employee engagement and relations.
  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain high accuracy in employee data, leaves, and attendance systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and development.
  • Ensure seamless execution of all HR operations, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement performance appraisal systems, OKRs, and KPIs

Who You Are:

  • 6 to 8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in tech, digital marketing, or fast-growing startups
  • Proven experience in senior-level hiring, talent acquisition, and compliance management
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a people-first, solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience in setting up HR systems in a scaling company
