Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Strategic HR partner to senior leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business goals and culture.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment with a focus on data-driven talent acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and exit interviews to address and reduce turnover.
  • Manage performance review systems, feedback loops, and development planning.
  • Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits in line with market benchmarks.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and manage payroll, attendance, and separations

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA/PG in HR or related field with 20+ years of experience in core HR functions
  • Experience in manufacturing/industrial sector preferred
