Roles and Responsibilities

Job Summary:

HR Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Attendance, Leave, and Time Office Management

  • Monitor daily employee attendance through biometric/manual systems.
  • Maintain accurate leave records and ensure proper documentation for approvals.
  • Prepare and share weekly/monthly attendance reports with the payroll team.
  • Handle shift schedules, overtime tracking, and absenteeism reports.

2. Statutory Compliance & Labor Law Management

  • Ensure full compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory obligations (PF, ESIC, CLRA, etc.).
  • Maintain and update labor compliance registers and records as per audit norms.
  • Coordinate with vendors/contractors for labor license renewals and documentation.
  • Display statutory abstracts and notices at the work site.

3. Employee Benefits Administration

  • Oversee timely remittance of PF and ESIC contributions.
  • Resolve queries related to PF withdrawals, UAN activation, and ESIC benefits.
  • Coordinate with finance/compliance teams for claims, benefits, and contributions.

4. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate recruitment processes, from job postings to candidate screening.
  • Schedule interviews and liaise with hiring managers and corporate recruiters.
  • Ensure complete documentation during onboarding: ID proofs, bank details, qualifications, etc.
  • Issue offer letters, generate employee codes, and facilitate smooth onboarding.

5. Employee Record Management & Audits

  • Maintain and regularly update employee personal files (hard & soft copies).
  • Conduct periodic internal audits of employee records and compliance documentation.
  • Ensure HRMS data accuracy and timely updates.
  • Assist in preparing data for external audits or inspections.
