Job Description

  • Senior HRBP - Banking We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Jaipur and Indore.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a focus on employee engagement, performance management, and talent acquisition in the banking industry.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic HR business partner to the banking teams, providing expert advice on matters related to human resources and talent management.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Design and implement effective performance management systems to ensure the alignment of employee performance with business objectives.
  • Handle grievances and conflicts in a fair and professional manner, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to design and implement strategies for attracting, selecting, and retaining top talent in the banking sector.
  • Develop and implement Hire to Retire (H2R) strategies to ensure a seamless and effective talent management process from hiring to retirement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in human resources, and apply this knowledge to improve HR services and processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years and maximum 8 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the banking and Financial services industry especially from Loan Against Property (LAP) vertical.
  • Strong understanding of human resource business partner role and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of implementing successful employee engagement, performance management, and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex HR issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to human resources in India.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
