Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead the complete recruitment cycle for mid to senior-level Non-IT roles (Manufacturing, HR, Finance, SCM, QA/QC, Operations, Plant Admin, Commercial, etc.).
  • Collaborate with business heads and hiring managers to understand workforce plans and define role expectations.
  • Manage multiple mandates with tight deadlines while ensuring quality pipelines.
  • Conduct HR screening, competency assessments, and role fit evaluation.

2. Tech-Driven Hiring & Automation

  • Leverage ATS platforms (e.g., Zoho, Workday, Taleo, Naukri RMS, LinkedIn Talent Insights).
  • Use smart search techniques, AI-based sourcing tools, and automated screening systems.
  • Track and analyse hiring metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-joiner ratio, funnel health).
  • Maintain dashboards and prepare monthly recruitment analytics for leadership review.

3. Sourcing Strategy & Employer Branding

  • Drive multi-channel sourcing: LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, recruitment communities, internal referrals, WhatsApp groups, and industry-specific forums.
  • Build employer branding content and support digital hiring campaigns.
  • Maintain talent pools for critical and niche positions.

4. Candidate Experience & Process Excellence

  • Ensure a smooth, professional, and high-touch candidate experience.
  • Conduct salary fitment, negotiation, closure, and pre-boarding engagement.
  • Partner with HR Ops for seamless onboarding.
  • Continuously optimise recruitment processes for speed and efficiency.

5. Market Intelligence

  • Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring patterns.
  • Advise business stakeholders on talent availability and realistic hiring timelines.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.
  • Exposure to HR digital transformation or recruitment automation projects.
  • Experience in plant recruitment or multi-location hiring is a plus.
