Senior HR Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with 5–6+ years of proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, job portals, and effective sourcing techniques to close maximum positions within strict timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Utilize job portals, professional networks, and social media to source quality candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and job descriptions.
• Ensure maximum closures of open positions every month by maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
• Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships for current and future hiring needs.

Requirements

• 5–6+ years of experience in recruitment (corporate or consultancy).
• Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong screening, shortlisting, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly closure targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
