Senior HR Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Professional with 5 to 8 years of experience to lead our HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HR policies, compliance, recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management. Prior experience in an e-commerce or D2C environment will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and update HR policies in line with organizational goals and statutory compliance.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across multiple roles and departments.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and effectively manage grievances.
• Oversee performance management systems, appraisals, and reward structures.
• Manage payroll, attendance, and HR operations seamlessly.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Prepare and present HR dashboards and analytical reports for management.
• Act as a strategic HR partner to support business objectives.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate / MBA in HR or related field.
• Experience: 5 to 8 years in HR operations; experience in an e-commerce/D2C company preferred.
• Expertise:
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, frameworks, and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, performance management, and employee relations.

• Skills:
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead HR initiatives strategically.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Contract length: 1 month

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,001.00 per month
