Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and play a key role in shaping the company’s growth and culture. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in HR operations, recruitment, compliance, and people management — with a proven track record in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, marketing, and support functions.

• Oversee onboarding, induction, and employee engagement programs.

• Handle payroll management, attendance systems, and HR compliance.

• Ensure legal and statutory compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

• Lead performance management, appraisal, and training initiatives.

• Maintain employee relations and address grievances effectively.

• Provide strategic inputs to management on organizational development.
